Are your clocks genuinely vintage?

Yes — we never sell new or reproduction pieces. All our stock dates from the 1940s to the 1990s, sourced from UK auctions and private collections. Full provenance details are included in each individual listing.

Have the clocks and lamps been restored?

Every clock and lamp is fully checked and restored before listing — cleaned, tested, and working perfectly. Clocks are converted to silent quartz battery movement unless otherwise stated in the listing. NOS (new old stock) items are unused and unmodified, as noted in their individual listings.

What battery does the clock need?

Most of our clocks run on a single AA battery. Where a clock retains its original mechanism or is NOS, full details are given in each individual listing. We recommend Duracell or similar. Royal Mail regulations mean we're unable to include a battery with your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide on a fully tracked service. For US orders, all customs and import duties are covered upfront with no surprise fees. For all other destinations, import charges may apply on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility — please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

How are the items packaged?

Every item is packed with care in purpose-built protective packaging. All orders ship tracked, so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to door.

Can I return an item if it's not right for me?

Yes — please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Are your textile wall art panels original vintage fabric?

Yes — every panel uses original vintage fabric professionally stretched over a newly constructed wooden frame. The selvedge is always confirmed before listing, with full designer, provenance and exhibition details in each individual listing description.

Do your clocks and lamps come with a guarantee?

Every clock and lamp leaves us fully working and tested. If you experience any issue within 30 days of delivery, contact us directly and we'll make it right.

Are your lamps safe to use?

Yes — every lamp is fully rewired with new flex before listing, fitted with a UK standard plug, and tested working. They are ready for everyday use straight from the box.
