Standard Automatic Wall Clock – Irish Made, Black & Gold Fleur de Lis, 1960s

A genuinely unusual and characterful vintage wall clock — made in the Republic of Ireland, which is itself a rare origin for a clock of this quality and design — and fitted with an American-patented automatic movement, stamped USA Pat Pending.

The square black plastic case has gold fleur-de-lis scroll decorations at each corner. The circular gold bezel frames a deep black dial with bold gold Roman numerals, gold fleur-de-lis between each numeral, and fine gold baton indices. The gold baton hands are original, as is the red seconds hand. The clock is in original working order and keeping perfect time.
